New books on France for January...
Here's a round-up of books published in January that talk France. As usual, let me know if I've missed any good ones!

Paris Patisseries: History, Shops, Recipes by Christian Sarramon and Pierre Herme
Buying a Piece of Paris: The Home of My Dreams in the City of Lights by Ellie Nielsen
In Love in France: A Traveler's Guide to the Most Romantic Destinations in the Land of Amour by Rhonda Carrier
For the Soul of France: Culture Wars in the Age of Dreyfus by Frederick Brown

These all sound interesting. The last one has peaked my interest.
Oh I'm happy to find your blog. Signed up for your feed. I will never be able to get through all those books though! You look very French in your photo - I've never managed to completely pull that one off. Something big and galumping about me that no matter how many years I spend in France will not be tamed. Oh well! Looking forward to your posts.
Dedene,
The last one looks interesting, but I think it's the patisserie one that catches my attention most!lol
Kim, Thanks for stopping by; glad you signed up for the feed. And as for me looking French, hmm, not sure about that one, as I sit here in my sweats!lol I'm sure galumping is a bit harsh....:-)
Well I own one of those ;-) I can never resist a book with a preface by Pierre Herme!!
FrenchTwist-
