Ode to Django Reinhardt....

This is Thomas Dutronc, the 35-year old son of Françoise Hardy and Jacques Dutronc, who released an album last October called 'Comme un manouche sans guitare' (like a gypsy without a guitar).

I love the Django Reinhardt inspired sounds of his music. It's the sort of music that makes me want to take a chilled bottle of white wine and some cheese down to the river on a summer's day, let my feet bob up and down in the water, close my eyes, and drift away for the rest of the afternoon.
